Framer-installed at rough framing — same crew, same day
No power, data or plumbing to rough in
Patent-pending dual-door anti-reach mechanism

FRAMING
Framer Sets the Unit
Frame a 22-1/4″ × 20-1/2″ opening with header and sill, set the unit and fasten it. Same skills and tools as setting a window.

ROUGH-IN
Nothing To Do
No wire to pull, no box to set, no electrician or low-voltage sub to schedule around it.

FINISH
Finish Around It
Siding, stucco or masonry outside and drywall inside finish up to the unit like any other opening.

CLOSING
Hand Over the Keys
The buyer gets their keys and a delivery setup card. That is the whole handoff.
0
Additional Trades
Your framer sets it. Nobody new on the schedule, nobody new to coordinate.
0
Utility Connections
No circuit, no low-voltage run, no panel load, no data drop.
0
Things to Commission
Nothing to power up at closing. Nothing for your warranty team to troubleshoot later.

Rough Opening
22-1/4″ × 20-1/2″. Framed once, finished with the rest of the exterior.

THE BUYER PROBLEM
Your buyers already bought a camera to watch it happen.
Package theft is one of the big reasons homeowners put up doorbell cameras. But a camera only records the porch. Lockerly keeps the package off the porch entirely — and it comes built into the home they buy from you.
PATENT-PENDING SECURITY
A delivery door that can’t become a way in.
An opening in the wall has to be secure from both sides. Lockerly’s patent-pending dual-door, anti-reach mechanism means the delivery side can’t be used to reach through.
INSTALL
It lives in the framing schedule. Nowhere else.
Lockerly is set during rough framing and then disappears from your schedule. No downstream trade ever touches it.

If your crew can set a window, they can set a Lockerly.
BUILDER PROGRAM
Put Lockerly in your next community.
We’re working with a select group of builders on early production units. Tell us about your next phase and we’ll set up a walkthrough of the unit at our Scottsdale office.
